The Living Room
The living room is very spacious and comfortably seats 5 people.
Again the attention to detail really shows in this apartment with its centrepiece a beautiful ornate stone fireplace. It has been fully equipped including a wide screen tv, Hi - Fi system and a DVD player. The living room also has a sofa bed which will comfortably sleep one adult.
The Kitchen/Dining Room
This large Maple style kitchen has been fully equipped with a washer/dryer, full size dishwasher, large fridge freezer and a microwave. All of the other appliances you would expect from an apartment of this size and quality are there for your convenience including a 4 ring gas hob and full oven.
The Bathroom
This room has a really modern feel to it with its fully tiled
walls and heated chrome radiator that compliment the full sized
bath with thermostatic mixer shower above. The modern inset sink
and low level wc is housed in beautiful maple furniture with gloss
black worktops and there is also an electric shaver point for your
convenience.
Master Bedroom
Fully furnished again with beech style furniture with ample
room for your clothing and a beautiful ornate bedstead with
luxury mattress.
The Twin Room
This bedroom consists of two single beech and metal bedsteads
again with the beech style furniture with ample room for clothes.
There is also a TV/DVD combi television which can be used in
either room. There is a Playstation 1 console also provided
along with a small selection of games.

This property has off street parking for 1 car free of charge at the rear of the building.
